Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, concentration in Management, sub specialist in Human Resources and minor in Psychology from the Sacred Heart University in PR. Batule started working in Santurce Medical Mall, a pavillion medical services, working as a medical secretary and medical claim technician. While she was studying a bachelor degree, started working in VV&A law offices, in Hato Rey, PR, as a secretary and receptionist for 8years. When she finished the degree, started working as the Human Resources Director at Premier Concierge Services. In 2010 Keren finished a Master degree in Human Resources Management from Phoenix University and a certification in Building Management. She is an active member of SHRM since 2007.
